Daylight Gift Shop is an online gift retail store built on WooCommerce, designed to give customers a warm, enjoyable shopping experience when buying gifts for friends and family. The site needed to feel welcoming and trustworthy — the kind of store people feel comfortable spending money in — while also being fast and easy to navigate from any device.
The product catalog is organized around gifting occasions and recipient types, making it intuitive for customers to browse even when they’re not sure exactly what they’re looking for. Seasonal promotional sections are built to be easily updated by the client for events like Christmas, Easter, and other peak gift-buying periods.
I built the full WooCommerce infrastructure and handed the client complete control — they can add new products, run sales, update seasonal banners, and manage all orders through the WooCommerce dashboard without any developer involvement.
