VIP Tours for You is an Aruba-based tourism umbrella company managing three partner tour brands: De Palm Tours, Kukoo Kunuku, and Pelican Adventures. The challenge was building a single WordPress site that could display live bookable tours from all three partner FareHarbor accounts simultaneously — so visitors could browse every available experience and complete their booking without ever leaving the site.
I built the complete site on WordPress using Elementor for the front-end design and integrated FareHarbor’s Flow widget for each partner brand separately, organized into dedicated sections on the booking page. Each section pulls live availability directly from FareHarbor’s servers in real time — no manual updates needed on the WordPress side.
The site had to serve an international tourist audience arriving in Aruba with limited time and high booking intent, so speed and mobile usability were prioritized alongside the booking integration. WhatsApp contact buttons were added throughout for customers who preferred direct communication.
